Britains Got Talent 2010 Is Back

in All Articles,Entertainment

Britain’s Got Talent is back for 2010! One of the most entertaining talent shows on TV has returned with a whole new season and everyone is wondering who the break out start will be this year. Is it possible we’ll see another Susan Boyle or ‘Subo’ as she’s commonly known? Or will this year’s winner be more like George Samson, remember him? No me either! In any case we’re likely to see a fantastic mix of raw unearthed talent and of course one or two silly auditions that will make you laugh out loud.

So far, the only contestant who could claim to have the “Subo” factor is 80 year old Great Grandmother Janey Cutler. She once again turned up at the Glasgow auditions and blew the judges and the audiences away with her amazing voice. It was so strong that Simon Cowell felt the need to ask her how long she’s been waiting to do this? I have to admit I was wondering the same thing. Other standouts have included Tobias Mead who put on an amazing dance performance all on his own. He has no doubt seen how popular dance acts can be in the Britain’s Got Talent auditions with two previous seasons being won by this type of act.

My favorite novelty act so far has to be Kevin Cruise who turned up in a funny outfit and ran through his cruise line performance. Simon Cowell was predictably harsh but Kevin really got the crowd going and that’s what this type of show is all about. There have been some dreadful auditions too including a busking dog who didn’t like to busk! I also found Hayashi, the crazy samurai salad maker a little unnerving especially when he started chopping up the cucumber on his assistants head with his Samurai sword!

I can’t wait for next weeks episode of Britain’s Got Talent 2010 to see what kind of crazy auditions are up next!
